Applesauce Oobleck

Each student needs:

• apple sauce
• cornstarch
• bowl and spoon for mixing
• cookie tray or pie plate for experimenting

Instruction

1. Measure a cup of cornstarch and a 1/2 cup of applesauce into a bowl.
2. Add a generous sprinkle of cinnamon and mix!
3. Transfer it to a pie plate or cookie sheet for experimentation.
